Questions for your next golf experience
Do I need a passport?
International travel requires a passport. If you are traveling overseas, make sure you have one; if you don't, apply immediately since the process can take about 6–8 weeks. If your passport is close to expiring, it is better to renew it early so any visa process can begin on time.
Do I need a visa?
A visa is another travel essential for overseas trips. Check the visa requirements of your chosen destination, as the process can take from a week to a month.
Should I get travel insurance?
To be on the safe side, it is always better to add insurance to your travel checklist. Check with your credit card companies, as it is sometimes included. You can also opt for travel insurance that is easy, affordable and hassle-free.
How far in advance should I book to ensure availability?
It depends on the season, the size of the group and the destination, but early booking helps with rates, tee times and room selection. For international trips we recommend booking 4 to 6 months ahead.
Can I ship my clubs or rent them at the course?
Most golf courses offer premium rental sets that can be reserved when booking. Renting can also be cheaper than paying oversized baggage fees.
What happens if someone in the group needs to cancel?
We understand plans change. The person canceling is responsible for their portion's cancellation fee, and when the number of people sharing a villa or hotel room is reduced, the package price for the remaining group members increases, as accommodation costs are divided among fewer members.
